What's an e-book?
An e-book, or electronic book, is a digital book
that you can read on a computer screen. Some e-books can also be read on
an electronic device such as a Palm or other handheld computer, but
Foreverspace.com.mm currently sells e-books only for Microsoft and Adobe
e-book readers for your PC or laptop. |

How do I read an e-book?
To read an e-book, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software and Security Plug-in.
The software must be installed and activated on the
computer to which you download your e-book in order to read it. |

Can I read e-books on my
PDA?
It depends on the type of device and the format of
the book. Microsoft Reader titles can be read on most of the Pocket PCs
released after the year 2002. Adobe Reader titles can be converted to
devices running a Palm OS through a separate conversion program. Most
e-Books are optimized for desktop or laptop screens, so you may lose some
of the formatting
in the conversion process. |

Which e-book reader is
best for me?
Both Microsoft Reader and the Adobe Reader will
allow you to read e-books you purchase at Foreverspace.com.mm. (Microsoft
e-Books with the Microsoft Reader and Adobe e-Books with the Adobe Reader)
You can download both readers to your PC, laptop or tablet and compare
them by downloading one of our free e-books. You can also look at our

Is it safe to
download e-book readers and e-books?
Yes. You will not download a computer virus or any
other malicious file when you download e-books or e-book readers at
Foreverspace.com.mm. Additionally, both Microsoft and Adobe readers have
built-in security and encryption features to protect against copyright
violations. |

Why should I read
e-books?
There are a number of advantages on reading e-books.
First, you can read them immediately, without having to wait for the title
to be shipped to you. You can take them with you anywhere you take your
laptop, and the Microsoft and Adobe readers offer features like
highlighting and search. Also, Foreverspace.com.mm has many unique
reference documents available for downloads. These documents can be
difficult to find in print and often contain timely information that many
people enjoy having on their PC. |

What happened to the
dedicated Adobe e-Book Reader?
Adobe combined their Acrobat Reader with their
e-Book Reader and now call it Adobe Reader. This allows you to read PDFs
and Adobe e-Books in the same free software. If you once used the Adobe
e-Book Reader, you may want to convert your
e-Books so they can be read in
the most recent version. Adobe has provided a separate free software
download to help you do this. To download this utility go to the Adobe DRM
Activator (In Adobe Reader go to the Advanced menu and select “eBook Web
Services ” then select the “Adobe DRM Activator”. Sign into your account
and then download the eBook Migration Utility.) The migration utility
irreversibly converts your ebooks from eBook Reader format to the format
used by Adobe Reader. |

Please note: Adobe Reader does not support Bookmarks, so if you've
bookmarked a title in the e-Book Reader you may want to keep it there.
There is no need to uninstall your e-Book Reader, but all new downloads
will default to the Adobe Reader software. |

What are the requirements to read ebooks hosted on this
site?
In order to read our ebooks, you will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader 4.x or higher and security plug-in for your reader. This security
plug-in will be delivered as e-mail attachment when you make registration
on our server. You can also get it free on our web page. Currently, this plug-in
will only work on Windows platform. Macintosh version will be released in
the future. |

Why does my downloaded pdf file show error
message when opening it?
Due to the heavy traffic on the Internet connection, your downloaded
pdf file may contain incomplete information. You can check the file size of
the download document with the size displayed on our web page. We maintain
links to your ebooks on customer download page so that you can download again
until you have a complete one. These links will be removed when you can open
the ebook in Acrobat Reader. |

Would my balance be deducted though I got an erroneous
file?
No, your balance will be deducted only after you receive the
document and successfully open the document. |

Why do I see "Cannot connect to server"
in Acrobat Reader?
The security plug-in in Acrobat Reader need to contact with our
web server for permission when a newly downloaded eBook is opened.
So you must have access to Internet before doing so. If your computer is not connected to Internet, you will see this message. |

I am behind a Firewall, can I open my ebook?
The security plug-in can detect the presence of and settings
for firewalls and Proxy servers. If you have Internet access via your browser,
you should be able to view your ebook. Please contact your network administrator
if you cannot access our server. |

Can I copy my ebook and open on another machine?
No, the first time you open the document, we store your machine's
information so that you can only open that document on that particular machine
only. You could copy your ebook for backup purpose only. |

Can I read ebooks in one computer with different Operating System?
We don't take any responsibilities in reading ebooks with different operating system at the same computer. |

What will happen to my ebooks
when my system crashes?
Your ebooks will be still able to accessed if you have backups
of them although your system crashes or you upgrade your Operating System. |

I have a poor Internet connection and my downloaded files always corrupt. How can I improve my download process?
There are a lot of free programs on Internet that can enhance your download process. One of the most popular one is Download Accelerator Plus. How to use Prepaid
Card?
Firstly, scratch the Silver Area. Secondly, You need to get User ID and
Password by making user registration at foreverspace.com.mm before entering
Pin Number. Finally, by entering your User ID, Card ID and Pin Number at Add
to Balance, 5000 Kyats will be added to your Account Balance to buy eBook. |
