- Supported Opearting Systems : All versions of Microsoft Windows.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.x or above. You can download the latest version of Adobe
Reader from Adobe web site.
- Security plug-in for Adobe Acrobat Reader. This plug-in is freely available
on our site. Download and install it on your computer.
Make sure that your browser configuration is such that it can accept cookies. Do not hestaitage to contact web master for customer registration and support.
The purchased eBooks are allowed to open/view on one computer ONLY. If
you want to read it on other computers, you have to pay for every computers used. |

| Troubleshooting |
Missing Plug-in |
If you receive this error message, you
may need the plug-in. Please download from our site and install on your computer.
If you still cannot open the eBook, and believe you should have permission, please contact the Web master.
|
User Authentication |
You'll see this dialog box in Adobe Reader when opening eBook for the first time. Enter your login ID and Password there. Your balance will be reducted according to the book's price. You will not see this dialog box again when you re-open that book on the same computer.
However, if the book is copied to another computer and opened from it, this dialog box will reappear and given account's balance will be reducted again.
When you consecutively open more than one eBook in Acrobat Reader at the same time, this dialog box will only appear once, but your balance will be reducted for every opened books.
If you want to use one account for first book and then another account for second book, close
and reopen Acrobat Reader for each book.

Internet Connection |
If you receive this error
message, make sure you have access to Internet. Your Acrobat Reader needs to access
our web server and requests permission from us when you open the eBook for the first
time.

Wrong User ID/Password |
You
will receive this message when you enter incorrect User ID and/or Password in above
Authentication dialog. |
|
|
Insufficient Balance |
You will get this message when your account balance is not enough to open the eBook.
In this case, you need to update your account balance. |
|
|
User Cancellation |
You will receive this
message when you click Cancel button on above Authentication dialog. |
|
|
