Ans :    1.        သင္၏ Video Card Dirver ကို Latest Version အထိ Update

2.        သင္၏ စက္ရႀိ DirectX ကိုပၝ Update လုပ္႓ပီး႓ပီလား။ DirectX ကို Windows Update page သို့သၿား၍ Update လုပ္ဳကည္ႛပၝ။

3.          အထက္ပၝအတိုင္းဴပႂလုပ္ေသာ္လည္း ဴပႍနာမေဴပလည္ပၝက video acceleration ကို အတိုးအေလ႖ာႛ လုပ္ဳကည္ႛပၝ။ အတိုးအေလ႖ာႛလုပ္ရန္ Windows Media Player ၏ Tools Menu မႀ Options ကို ေရၿး ပၝ။ Options Dialog box ရႀိ Performance tab တၿင္ video acceleration   ရႀိပၝသည္။

4.          အခဵိႂ့ အေဴခအေနမဵားတၿင္ Windows Media Player ၏ Options Dialog box ရႀိ Player tab တၿင္ Start player in Media Guide check box ကို clear လုပ္လိုက္ဴခင္းဴဖင္ႛလည္း video problem ကို ေဴဖရႀင္းႎိုင္ပၝသည္။
